First off, aquire these items:
A mixing stick, large jar, portable stove, flint, mortar/pestle, 2 charcoals, equal parts muljin paste(crush muljin sap), equal parts oil, equal parts dracon powder(crush dracon crystals), several waters.

Snake Oil:
Equal parts muljin paste
Equal parts oil(normal)
Equal parts dracon powder
Put all of the ingredients in the jar, mix with the stick.

Infusion:
Equal parts water
Equal parts dracon powder
Equal parts poison pulp
Put the ingredients in the jar. Crush one of the charcoals into paste and break the paste in half, put one part in the stove and then Light the paste with flint and a light edged. Cook until paste crumbles, then get the jar and mix it with the stick. 

Finished Oil:
Equal parts snake oil
Equal parts infusion
Equal parts dracon powder
Put the infusion and the snake oil in the jar, put the jar on the stove, light the charcoal in the stove and cook until it crumbles.
Once the charcoal paste burns out, get the jar, put an equal amount of dracon powder in and mix it.
